As a non-profit organization, EVAN exists within a compact with the community.  We provide the community with services it needs, and the community provides us support and oversight.  EVAN is comprised of a volunteer Board of Trustees. The Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees has direct oversight of the finances of the agency. The Executive Director is accountable to the Board of Trustees for responsible fiscal management. Financial reports and statements are submitted to the Executive Committee and Board of Trustees on a monthly basis to ensure the proper stewardship of donor funds.
